About Me

My name is Julian Shepersky, and from a young age, I've possessed an immense love for both the natural world and the arts. I’ve since cultivated a series of scientific, artistic, and other nature oriented passions including but not limited to botany, horticulture, biology, bonsai, kusamono, hiking, illustration, and photography.

I'm currently an undergraduate student at Cornell University studying within the School of Integrative Plant Science. I spent the last academic year at The University of Massachusetts Amherst within the Stockbridge School of Agriculture before transferring to Cornell, where I hope to further pursue the study of plant science and engage in meaningful research at public engagement within my home state.

My intention for this website is to showcase each of these interests and document their evolution over time. Included are sections on scientific research, portfolios for my art, bonsai, kusamono, floral design, and photography, and a journal page to record my pursuits in these areas and others.

I hope that you’ll join me on this wonderful journey as I delve deeper into the intriguing study of these complex, instinctually elysian leafy counterparts to our species and the countless ways in which they've impacted and continue to impact our way of life on scales large and small.

            Thank you!
